Developing studies in Spike Neuron Network (SNN) with applications in Pattern Recognition. The first point addressed in this work is to define how to represent an information in spiking form. There are several hypothesis, however, it is not clear which one is better. Research of how a biological neural system encode and decode an information can be one of the key to understand how we can create an artificial system that emulate a decision making based on signals incoming from sensors*.
