Most programmers will aggree that the C++ Programming Language is not an elegant programming language. Its critics can point to many flaws:

• It wasn't created from the ground up;
• It is a complex language;
• It is a huge language.

These people certainly have many valid points. Most of their technical, rational objections are hardly deniable.

However, for many other programmers, particularly those fond of the C way of programming, it is difficult not to love C++:

• It is fast;
• It is portable;
• It is powerful;
• It is comfortable;
• It is compatible with the C programming language;
• It is faster.

The C++ programming language has features that make it a very productive programming language. Even though a direct C heir, C++ has no difficulties for programming-in-the-large. Since its very inception, C++ targeted the large software projects.

Please find in this version of the pages a panorama of several of the most important points of C++ and related topics. In this version I'm pointing the most interesting related to each C++ and Object-oriented Programming and Design topic. I'm also pointing you to a very complete bookstore where you can find all of them. I'm talking about Amazon (), arguably the largest bookstore of the earth.
